1983 ஆம் ஆண்டு வெலிக்கடை சிறையில் தொடங்கிய கலவரத்தில் மூன்றாயிரம் அப்பாவிகளை பலி கொடுத்து வெந்து துடித்த தமிழர்கள்,இனி ஆயுத போராட்டம் ஒன்றே தீர்வென்று பொங்கி எழுந்தனர்.

அன்றைய இந்திய அரசு ஆதரவு அளித்தது உண்மையில் தனிமனித உணர்வுகளுக்கோ அல்லது ஒரு சர்வதேச இனத்தின் சுய நிர்ணய உரிமைக்கோ மதிப்பளித்து ஆதரவளிக்கவில்லை,மாறாக தெற்காசிய பிராந்தியத்தில் தனக்கு ஒரு அல்லக்கை ஆயுத குழு வேண்டும் என்று முடிவெடுத்து ஆதரவளித்தது,முஜிபுர் ரஹ்மான் என்ற ஒற்றைதலைமையால் சுதந்திர வங்கதேசம் தனி இறையாண்மையோடு செயல்பட்டுக்கொண்டு போய்விட்டது, எனவே தமிழீழத்தில் ஒற்றை தலைமை இருந்தால் தனது எதிர்கால பிராந்திய சண்டியர்தனம் எடுபடாது என்று நினைத்து ஐந்து குழுக்களை உருவாக்கியது,டில்லி சொன்னால் ஆடும் நாலாந்தர சல்லிகளாக தமிழனை நினைத்தது.

உண்மையில் தமிழீழத்தில் சுதந்திரம் என்பது இன்றியமையாதது என்பதுடன்,அதற்காக அம்மக்கள் உயிரை இழக்கவும் தயார் என்பது எல்லாம் டில்லி காங்கிரசுக்கு அன்றில் இருந்தே வேடிக்கையாகத்தான் இருந்தது.பாவம் அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கவில்லை ஆயிரமாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை பிறக்கும் மாவீரன் வல்வெட்டித்துறையில் பிறந்துவிட்டான்,இனமே அவன்தலைமையில் இயங்க தொடங்கியது.

தமிழீழ வரைபடத்தின் பரப்பு முழுவதையும் தன்னுடைய ஆட்சியின் கீழ் கொண்டுவந்தான்.ஆயுதங்களுக்கு பஞ்சம்இல்லை,வளத்திற்கும் பஞ்சமில்லை,மக்களின் மனதில் நிம்மதி,சந்தோசம் குடிகொள்ள தொடங்கியது.குடிலன் ஜெயவர்தனே வலை விரித்தான்,இந்திய வெளியுறவுத்துறையின் மூன்று மலையாளிகள் சோரம் போனார்கள்.தமிழனின் பிரச்சனையை பற்றி பேச மலையாளி ஆஹா என்ன ஒரு புத்திசாலித்தனம் காங்கிரசுக்காரனுக்கு நாம எப்பிடி எல்லாம் ஏமாந்திருக்கோம் என்று புரியுதா.காஷ்மீர் பிரச்சனைக்கு ஹுரியத் மாநாட்டு கட்சி. சல்மான் குர்ஷித்,இவுங்க பேசணும்.தமிழன் பிரச்சனைக்கு இன்றைக்கும் மலையாளி+நிறுபமாராவு…..ஹ ஹ … கொடுமை

இறந்தவர்களைப்பற்றி பேசக்கூடாது என்பது உலகில் தனக்கென்று ஒரு நாகரீகத்தையும் கலாச்சாரத்தையும் பண்பாட்டையும் தன்னகத்தே கொண்டுள்ள உன்னத மனித இனமாம் தமிழ் இனத்தின் மரபு. ஆனால் மரபுகள் ஒன்றும் விதியாகாது,மரபுகளை மட்டும் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தால்,மரணித்துக்கொடிருக்கும் தமிழ் இனத்தை காப்பாற்றவே முடியாது.பிணங்களின் மீது வாழ்வியல் வசதிகளையும் ,வயிற்று பிழைப்பையும் அடைபவனுக்கு பவுத்தம் சொன்ன பெயர் சண்டாளன்.

போபோர்ஸ் பீரங்கி ஊழலில் இருந்து மக்களின் கவனத்தை திசை திருப்பிட வேண்டி அன்றைய இந்தியாவின் பிரதமர் சண்டாளன் ராஜீவால் 1987 ல் தான்தோன்றித்தனமாக எடுத்த முடிவு,பிரச்சனையின் உண்மை நிலையினை சற்றும் புரிந்துகொள்ளாமல்,சோரம் போன வெளியுறவுத்துறை அதிகாரிகளால்,தவறாக வழிநடத்தப்பட்டு , தாயார் இந்திராவின் மரணத்தால் கிடைத்த எழவு ஓட்டுவெற்றி தந்தபோதை,தெற்காசிய பிராந்தியத்தின் தாதா என்ற மதமதப்பு, சிங்களனோடு சோரம் போய் தமிழ் இனத்தின் உணர்ச்சிகளையும் நியாயங்களையும் சற்றும் மதிக்காமல்,தமிழ் ஈழ மண்ணில் இந்தியாவின் கூலிப்படை செய்த அட்டூழியங்கள்,கொள்ளை கொலை,பதின்மூன்றாயிரத்து ஐநூறு பேர் தமிழ் மக்கள் ராஜீவ் அனுப்பிய அமைதிப்படை என்ற கூலிப்படையால் கொல்லப்பட்டனர்.

இந்தியாவின் நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் ஆப்ட்ரால் இரண்டாயிரம் சிறுவர்கள் என்று எள்ளி நகையாடினானே ராஜீவ், ஒரு இனத்தின் இறையாண்மை,மக்களின் உயிர் அவனுக்கு கேவலமாகி போன கொடுமைக்கு,தமிழ் இனம் அழிந்திருந்தால்,இந்தியாவின் காங்கிரசுக்கு குளு குளு என்று இருந்திருக்கும்.தமிழன்..இமயத்தை வெற்றி பெற்று இமயவரம்பன் என்ற பட்டம் பெற்றவனின் வழித்தோன்றல்கள்.ஆரிய பார்ப்பனனை போல ஆக்ராஹாரத்து பெண்களை கூட்டி கொடுத்து வாழ்ந்தவன் அல்ல என்பதை பெரியாரும்
அண்ணாவும் ஆயிரம் முறை சொன்னார்கள் நாங்கள் மறந்தோம்,ஆனால் பார்ப்பனன் ராஜீவ் நெஞ்சில் நிறுத்தி நஞ்சு கக்கினான்.

வாய் கிழிய அகிம்சை பேசும் காங்கிரசு அரக்கர்கள் திலீபனின் சாகும் வரை உண்ணாவிரதத்தை கண்டுகொள்ளவே இல்லை,பெரிய கொடுமை என்னவென்றால்,அந்த கட்சியிலும் தமிழர்கள் இன்னும் இருக்கிறார்கள்,அவர்களின் பிறப்பு ஆய்வுக்கு உரியது.ராஜிவின் கொலை பழி ஒன்றை சுமத்தி அந்த வழக்கிற்கு சற்றும் தொடர்பில்லாத கிட்டுவை சர்வதேசகடலில் 450 மைல்களுக்கு அப்பால் இருந்து இழுத்து வந்து கொன்றனர் காங்கிரசார்.தமிழ்நாட்டில் யாராவது தமிழீழத்திற்காக பேசினாலே போதும் அவர்கள் மீது தேசியபாதுகாப்புச்சட்டம் பாய்ந்தது.சிங்கள தேசிய பாதுகாப்புச்சட்டம் இந்தியாவில் செயல்பட்டது.

ஆனால் தமிழனுக்கு என்ன கடமை தெரியுமா காஷ்மீர் எல்லையை காப்பாற்ற,சீன எல்லையை காப்பாற்ற ராணுவத்தில் சேர்ந்து உயிர் தியாகம் செய்தான், தமிழன்.தமிழ்நாட்டு தமிழன் மீன் பிடிக்க சென்று சிங்கள கடற்படையினால் சுடப்பட்டு இறந்தவர்கள் மட்டும் 530 பேர்,இந்தியா ஒன்றுமே கேட்கவில்லை.இந்தியாவின் இறையாண்மைக்கு தமிழ் நாட்டு மீனவன் சாகத்தான் வேண்டுமாம்,ராமநாதபுரம் சமஸ்தானத்திற்கு சொந்தமான கச்சத்தீவை 1800 களில்,காஷ்மீர் திவானாக வேலை பார்த்த ஒரு அநாதை பண்டிட் குடும்பத்தின் வாரிசு,இந்திரா பிரியதர்ஷினி என்ற இந்திராகந்தி சிங்களனுக்கு தானமாக எழுதிவைத்தார்,அது தமிழ் இன துரோகத்தின் தொடக்கம்,அப்போதும் தமிழ்நாட்டு முதலமைச்சர் துரோகி கருணாநிதிதான்,முள்ளி வாய்க்கால் துயரத்தின் போதும் துரோகி கருணாநிதி தான் முதலமைச்சர்,(இந்திராகந்தி என்பது தான் சரி கணவன் பெயர் பிரோஸ் கந்தி, உலக நாடுகள் எல்லாம் மகாத்மா காந்தியின் வம்சாவளி என்று நினைப்பதற்காகவே பிரோஸ் கந்தியை திருமணம் செய்தார் ) மக்களை பிளவுபடுத்தி மக்களின் வேற்றுமையில் ஆட்சியை கைப்பற்றி பதவிசுகத்தை அனுபவித்தது காங்கிரஸ்,வேற்றுமையில் ஒற்றுமை காண்பது இந்தியா என்ற பாட வரிகளின் உண்மையான அர்த்தம் இந்திய மக்களின் வேற்றுமையில் தான் காங்கிரசின் தலைமை குடும்பத்தின் ஆட்சி என்பது இப்போது தமிழ் இனத்திற்கு புரிந்து,வெந்து துடித்த தமிழ் இனம் மனதுக்குள் ஊமையாய் அழுதது,இப்போதும் கூட உறுதியாக சொல்ல முடியும் தமிழ் இனத்தில் இருப்பதை போன்ற துரோகிகள் உலகத்தில் எந்த ஒரு இனத்திலும் இருக்கவே முடியாது.

தமிழ் நாட்டு தாயகத்தில் தமிழ்,தமிழ் உணர்வு என்றெல்லாம் வீர வசனம் பேசி,தமிழை பேசி தமிழை எழுதி தமிழால் வளர்ந்த துரோகிகளுக்கு எல்லாம் தமிழீழத்து தமிழனின் உயிர் பிழைப்புக்கான பொருளாகி போனது பெரிய கொடுமை, எதிர்க்கட்சியாய் இருந்தபோது வாய்கிழிய பேசிய துரோகி கருணாநிதியின் சுய உருவம் தெரிந்தது மட்டும் தான் பலனாக போனது.அமெரிக்காவிலோ,இங்கிலாந்திலோ,ஆங்கிலத்தில் பத்திரிக்கை நடத்திக்கொண்டு,ஆங்கிலேயனுக்கு எதிராக எழுதினால்,அந்த பத்திரிக்கை அடுத்த நாள் இருக்காது,ஆனால் தமிழ்நாட்டில் மட்டும் தான் ஒரு பார்ப்பனன் நடத்தும் தினமலர் என்ற நாளிதழ்,தமிழில் எழுதி,தமிழனின் பணத்தில் பிழைப்பு நடத்திக்கொண்டு தமிழனுக்கு எதிராகவே எழுதுகிறான்.அந்த நாளிதழை தமிழனும் பணம் கொடுத்து வாங்குகிறான்,பார்ப்பனன் என்பவன் தெருநாயை போன்றவன் அதை குளிப்பாட்டி நடுவீட்டில் வைத்தாலும் அதன் குணம் மாறாது.

பெரியார் தன்னுடைய வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும்,சாகும் வரைக்கும் சொன்னார் பாம்பையும் பார்ப்பனனையும் ஒன்றாக பார்த்தால் பாம்பை விட்டு விடு பார்ப்பனனை முதலில் அடி என்றார்,நாம் கேட்கவில்லை,1986 ஆம் ஆண்டு வேதாரண்யத்தில் இருந்து யாழ்ப்பாணத்துக்கு வெங்காயம் கொண்டுபோவதால் தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டத்தில் வெங்காயம் விலை உயர்வு , தட்டுப்பாடு என்று தொடங்கியவன்,இன்று வரைக்கும் நம் தலை மீது ஏறி அமர்ந்து தமிழ் இன விரோத செய்திகளை துணிச்சலாக தமிழிலேயே எழுதி தமிழனிடமே விற்று பணம் சம்பாதித்துக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறான்.

இன்றைக்கு கூட கேட்டிருக்கிறான்,ராஜீவ் கொலை பற்றி முழுபக்க செய்தி,(((((ராஜிவும் ஒரு பார்ப்பனன் ஹ ஹ அவர்களெல்லாம் ஒற்றுமையாகத்தான் இருக்கிறார்கள்)))கடுமையான விஷம் பரப்பும் செய்திகள்,ராஜீவ்வோடு செத்தவர்கள் என்ன சிங்களர்களா என்ற கேள்வி.போதும் பார்ப்பனன் எப்படியெல்லாம் காரியம் சாதிப்பான் அவன் வளர்ந்த வரலாறை ஆரிய மாயை என்ற நூலில் பேரறிஞர் அண்ணா சொன்னது இன்னமும் அழியவில்லை,இருப்பதற்கு நாடே இல்லாத,வரலாறே இல்லாத பார்ப்பனனின் முதல் தொழில் பெண்களை வைத்து விபச்சாரம் செய்வது தான் என்ற வரலாறை நினைவு படுத்துவோம்.

தமிழ் இனத்தின் பச்சை துரோகி ராஜிவை அவன் செய்திட்ட வஞ்சகங்களையும் அவனால்,அவன் அனுப்பிய இந்திய கூலிப்படையால் இறந்த பதின்மூன்றாயிரம் பேரின் குடும்பங்களையும் பேட்டி எடுத்து வெளியிடுவோம்.

தற்குறி ராஜிவை உலகம் அமைதியின் உருவம் என்று பார்க்கிறது,அவன் ஒரு சைத்தான் என்பதை உலகிற்கு புரியவைப்போம்,ராஜீவ் கொலை யார் செய்ததோ தெரியாது ஆனாலும் அவனும் ஒசாமா பின்லேடனும் ஒன்றுதான் என்று உலகத்திற்கு புரியவைப்போம்,இந்தியாவின் கதர் பயங்கரவாதம்,ஆயிரம் அணுகுண்டுகளுக்கு சமம் என்பதை புரியவைப்போம்,செத்தவனை பேசக்கூடாது என்பது தமிழனின் மரபுதானே ஒழிய விதி அல்ல தமிழனின் தலை விதியை மாற்ற மரபுகளை மாற்றுவோம்.

ராஜீவ் கொலை தமிழீழ தமிழனுக்கு அவன் இழைத்த பாவத்திற்கு இயற்கை கொடுத்த தண்டனை,அழுபவன் தமிழனல்ல இனி அழ வைப்பவனே தமிழன்,ராஜீவ் செய்த தமிழ் இன விரோதங்களை வெளியிடுவோம்,தமிழ் இனத்தை சுத்திகரிப்போம் சுதந்திர தமிழீழம் விரைவில் அமைப்போம்.

CHENNAI: The former US consul general Dennis T Hopper in a cable to sent from the US Consulate in Chennai to the Wikileaks in June 2008 has quoted senior strategist of the Congress Siva Prakasam as saying that current Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, would be a bad candidate, as “he is essentially a bureaucrat and he will bear the brunt of popular anger at the price rise.”

The cable further revealed that Prakasam had told Hopper that the then Union Human Resources Development Minister Arjun Singh had called on Karunanidhi in Chennai prior to the LS Elections, suggesting that (Arjun) Singh had sought Karunanidhi’s support for his bid to be the (Prime Ministerial) candidate.

Hopper said in a confidential cable quoting Prakasam that DMK patriarch Karunanidhi did not want to bring his daughter Kanimozhi (the daughter of the then Chief Minister’s second wife) into politics but was forced to give her a seat in Parliament last year at the behest of her mother, who was jealous of the political power of the sons born to the first wife.

CHENNAI:  Shedding light on the DMK’s ‘political thinking’ prior to the 2009 Lok Sabha Elections, a confidential cable sent from the US Consulate in Chennai in June 2008, released by the whistle-blower site Wikileaks has indicated that the Dravidian party preferred to project Congress president Sonia Gandhi as the prime ministerial candidate instead of Manmohan Singh.

Quoting the party’s senior strategist, retired businessman Siva Prakasam,  the then US Consul General Dennis T Hopper said in the cable that  “Sonia Gandhi would be the most appealing in TN while Rahul is “not ready,” and Pranab Mukherjee might be “okay in North India but he would not help much in South.”

Seeking commutation of the death sentence awarded to him and two others for the assassination of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi, V Sriharan alias Murugan has cited the letter written in 1999 by Congress president Sonia Gandhi to the then president K R Narayanan asking him to commute the capital punishment awarded to the three men and Murugan’s wife Nalini.

The letter, written in 1999 after the Supreme Court confirmed the death sentences, has been included as part of the petition filed in the Madras High Court against the decision of the president rejecting the clemency pleas. The court earlier this week stayed the execution of the three men for eight weeks following the petition.

“The letter is a part of the documents annexed to the petition (before the Madras High Court),” Murugan’s lawyer Yug Chaudhry said.

“Our family does not contemplate that the four people should be hanged for the killing of my beloved husband. Myself as well as my son, my daughter does not want these four people should be hanged (sic),” Gandhi is quoted as saying in the letter that has been translated back into English.

The letter adds that Sonia and her children were against the death penalty awarded to Nalini, who had an eight-year-old daughter at the time. “My children suffered at the death of my beloved husband Rajiv Gandhi to a great extent and therefore we do not favour that another child in the world should lose mother and father (sic),” she is quoted as saying.

This letter has also been published on the back cover of a book written by Perarivalan titled An Appeal From The Death Row. “As you are well aware, my children Rahul and Priyanka and myself (sic) are suffering untold mental agony day in and day out due to the loss of our beloved Rajiv. But neither my children nor myself would like the persons responsible for my husband’s tragic end to be hanged,” Gandhi is quoted as writing here.

The Supreme Court confirmed the death sentence handed out to Murugan, Nalini, Santhan and Arivu on May 11, 1999. The review petitions of the convicts and the government of Tamil Nadu were dismissed by the SC on October 8, 1999. The Governor of Tamil Nadu’s order of rejection of the mercy petitions of all four was communicated to Murugan in jail on October 27, 1999.

However, when the four of them moved the Madras High Court against the decision of the governor, he was directed to consider their peititions afresh as “they had not been decided on the advice of the cabinet as required in law,” Murugan’s petition states. After reconsideration, the Governor commuted the death sentence handed out to Nalini but rejected the mercy petitions of the other three as communicated to them on April 25, 2000.

While Gandhi had addressed her letter to the then President, the decision to commute Nalini’s sentence was taken by the then governor of Tamil Nadu, Justice Fathima Beevi. In the latest petition in the Madras High Court, Murugan has claimed that the leniency shown to his wife Nalini is “discriminatory.”

With the communication, if any, between the then President and governor not in the public domain, another lawyer connected to the case, K Mayilsami, has complained to the Central Information Commission about being denied information he had sought under the RTI Act.

Mayilsami had sought detailed information regarding the mercy petitions filed by the three convicts on death row, the correspondences and file notings with regard to the mercy petitions, recommendations of the Home Ministry in their mercy petitions and the correspondences between the Home Ministry, the President’s office and the government of Tamil Nadu.

He has challenged the order of the Central Public Information Officer orally refusing to divulge the information regarding the mercy petitions. Mayilsami has contended that even a day’s delay in providing the information is detrimental to the three men on death row. Citing section 7 (1) of the RTI Act, Mayilsami has contended that the information should be provided to him in 48 hours as it jeopardises the “life and liberty” of the convicts who have spent 20 years in prison.

Questions rationale of Khursheed's comment rejecting T.N. resolution on Rajiv convicts

When India asks Pakistan to commute the death sentence of Sarabjit Singh, a convict in the Lahore jail, to life sentence on “humanitarian grounds,” why should it be keen on hanging the three Tamils convicted in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, asks Tamilnet, a website known for its pro-LTTE views.

In a comment posted in a news report, it also questioned the rationale behind Law and Justice Minister Salman Khursheed's comment rejecting the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly's resolution on Tuesday seeking clemency for Murugan, Santhan and Perarivalan, the three convicts facing gallows in the Rajiv Gandhi case.

It may be recalled that Mr. Khursheed had termed the Assembly resolution “not binding on anybody.”

Sarabjit Singh, also known as Jaljit Singh, an Indian, was convicted by a Pakistani court for his alleged involvement in the 1990 serial bomb blasts in Lahore and Multan in which 14 persons were killed. He was given the death sentence and following intervention by the Indian government at the highest level, it was being repeatedly postponed by the Pakistani authorities on “humanitarian grounds.” He is presently lodged at the Kot Lakhpat Jail in Lahore.

Amnesty criticism

Amnesty International, criticising the “executions”' carried out by 23 countries in 2010, termed it the ultimate denial of human rights. “It is the premeditated and cold-blooded killing of a human being by the State. This cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment is done in the name of justice. It violates the right to life as proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.”

Amnesty said it opposed the death penalty in all cases without exception regardless of the nature of the crime, the characteristics of the offender, or the method used by the State to kill the prisoner.

In the last decade, more than 30 countries had abolished the death penalty in law or practice. Fifty-eight countries worldwide now retain the death penalty for ordinary crimes, and less than half of these carried out executions in 2010. Sixty-seven countries, including India, imposed capital punishment last year.

The countries adopted beheading, electrocution, hanging, lethal injection and shooting for carrying out the sentences . Among them China topped the list with more than 1,000 people killed, followed by Iran (252), North Korea (60), Yemen (53) and the United States (46).

Rajiv Assasination - Unanswered questions

Rajiv Gandhi assasination - leaves many unanswered questions - Unsolved puzzles. For whom did Rajiv Gandhi got assisinated ? Sudhangan raised various questions which didn't get answers till 2009.  Here are those questions that are unanswered: 

1)  On 21 -May-1991 Rajiv gandhi started from Delhi for election campaign and reached Chennai through the route Orissa and Andra Pradesh. How did he accepted that midnight meeting at Sriperambuthur which was not in the agenda of TamilNadu Congress committe. ? 

2) Is there any plan made somewhere to bring Rajiv Gandhi to Sriperambathur  some how ? 

3) The Security official Mr O.P.Sagar was there with Rajiv Gandhi when he campaigned at Bhubaneshwar and Vishakapattinam. But he didnt come to chennai along with Rajiv. Why ?

4) Bulgarian television journalists came along with Rajiv during his visits to record his campaigns. They were with Rajiv in Orissa and Andha Predesh but didnt come for the next meeting. They stayed in a luxary hotel at Vishakapatinam along with their special flight pilot. In that case why did they came ? 

5) When Rajiv was about to start, there was a problem in the flight. So he went back to circuit house from the airport. After the problem in flight got fixed, the chief minister of Andha Pradesh Mr.VijayaBhaskar Reddy informed Rajiv to get back to airport and Rajiv went to airport. During this time the two Bulgerian journalists took the security official Sagar along in their car and arrived at airport late. So the security official could not go along with Rajiv gandhi. Why did such an experienced security official was made not to travel with Rajiv ? 

6) The security official  of Rajiv at chennai P.C.Gupta was waiting at chennai airport for Rajiv. P.C.Gupts is suppose to get the gun from Sagar who was expected along with Rajiv. Since Sagar has not come along with Rajiv, P.C.Gupta was made to go with Rajiv without gun.  Is there any intenton behind this ? 

7) When Rajiv started from Meenambakkam, two ladies claiming as journalists got inside his car at Ramavaram. Did their identities verified ? Why did the special investigation branch didnt enquire on them ? 

8) Who are the Bulgarian journalists ? Where did they went ? 

9) Who are those two lady  journalists ? Where did they went ? 

10) Those two lady journalists interviewed Rajiv Gandhi. But TamilNadu political party people, Tha. Pandiyan and Maragatham Chandrasekar were telling they didnt know what Rajiv spoke with the journalists.  What are the hiding ? 

11) Just one hour before his murder, Rajiv told it was CIA that killed the pakistan president Zia-ul-Haq.  Why shoud he tell that ? What made him to tell that ? Did he know if there is some plan like that against him ? 

12)  July-1991 - The central home minister S.P.Chawan made a statement that apart from LTTE there are other international organizations and powerful external forces involved in the background of Rajiv's murder. Who are they referred here ?

13) Why didn't the special investigation branch enquire on the above home minister's statement ?

14)  During the gulf war India helped fueling US aircrafts. Rajiv gandhi seriously condemmed this help which was done by primie minister Mr Chandrasekar during that time. Why didnt the special investigation branch enquire on CIA's hands on this murder, as US was not happy with Rajiv for the above reason ?

15) Palestinian National Authority president, Mr. Yasser Arafat informed to the indian prime minister during the time Mr .Chandrasekar that 'Rajiv Gandhi's life is under threat'. From where did Arafat got this information ? Who is threatening Rajiv ? Why did special investigation branch didnt enquire on this ?

16)  Arafat could have got this information if the assasination was planned at western Europe or middle eastern countries.  Why is this not probed ?

17)  Maragatham Chandrasekar came to attend that meeting with Rajiv Gandhi. Her daughter, Latha Priyakumar came with her husband and advocate Mahendran from Arakonam. But it was unknown from where did her son Lalith Chandrasekar and his wife  Vinothini came from. Though it is known that Vinothini is daughter of Jayavarthane from Sri Lanka, they didn't enquire on her. Infact they didnt enquire their family who was there at the meeting. why ?

18)  Sivarasan's mother and Vinothini's father are sinhalas from Sri Lanka who were present at the incident. It is possible that they were sent by Sri Lankan president Premadasa as messangers.  Premadasa is not happy with Rajiv on sending the Indian peace keeping force (IPKF) to Sri Lanka. Why was the investigation not done in that angle ? ( Also we should note here a Sinhala Sri Lankan army person hit Rajiv Gandhi with a gun during his visit to Sri Lanka )

19)  Both LTTE and Sri Lanka hate Rajiv gandhi as he is the reaon for sending Indian peace keeping force  (IPKF) to Sri Lanka. Advocate Mr Chandrasekar challenged special investigation branch that, if they could prove Vinothini and her family are innocent then those who did the crime will accept it on their own. But the special investination didnt accept his challence and not enquired those who is related on this. why ?

20) Kamini Disanayaka, Athulath Muthali, Wickramasinghe are prominant politicians in Sri Lanka. When all those people are murdered president Premadasa was pointed.  Why did't the investigation didnt happen in this angle ?

21) Why dont Sivarasan, Dhanu and Subha did this murder due to pressure from external forces. Just because they are Tamils from yarlpanam, did the investigators linked them with LTTE and closed the case ?

22) What is the strong evidence that links LTTE and its head Prabhakaran to Rajiv's assasination case. ?

23)  What is the proof that Srivarasan spoke to Prabhakaran thro a radio.  Why is this not an assumption ?

24) It is very much possible that politicians within the congress could have considered Rajiv Gandhi is blocking their development within the party and could have hired some group to assasinate Rajiv. This motivation cannot be denied. 

25) Various international business people specifically those selling weapons would have been in contact with Rajiv as a prime minister. They could have hired the assasinators to do this murder. Did investigators probed this ?

26)  What if Sri Lanka did this, thinking India might send the Indian peace keeping force again to their country and didnt like a strong leader emerging from India ?

27) CIA always had interest in eradicating leaders in all third world countries. Did the same kind of interest got applied on Rajiv ?

28)  Rajiv Gandhi is the only leader who prevents the other prominant political party in India BJP to get into power. It is possible that the indian parties like BJP and RSS could have used the  'Hindu favourable' LTTE and Sri Lankan tamils to do this assasination. 

29) When other major Congress party members in Tamilnadu like Vazhapaadi and Moopanar didnt take interest in getting Rajiv to this meeting, Maragatham Chandrasekar traveled to Delhi and forced Rajiv to come for this meeting at Sriperambuthur.  Is that without her knowledge she become one reason for Rajiv's murder ?

30 )  Who is Pottu Amaan ? Is there a person like that ? LTTE says there was a senior person by name Amaan who died war and the only person there is Pottu. How did the special investigation branch stamped someone who is not alive as second criminal in this case ?

31)  There are many parallels between the murder of Padmanabha and that of Rajiv Gandhi. Padmanabha's murder was investigaed by TamilNadu queue branch police and Rajiv Gandhi's murder was investigated by special investigation branch. Both the investigators are telling the murder was planned at Yarlpanam, Sri Lanka. Sivaraasan was identified as the prime criminal in both the Padmanabha's case as well as Rajiv' case. Prabhakaran was considered criminal in Rajiv's assasination case bur was not in Padmanabha's case. How come ? It shows adding Prabhakaran's name came out of political decision rather than that came out from investigations. It is clearly an effort taken by special investigation branch to to give life to their case intentionally.

32) A famous Sri Lankan tamil poet Kasi. Anandan met Rajiv at the airport.  What message did he got from Prabhakaran to Rajiv gandhi ?  If Prabhakaran seeked Rajiv's help in the freedom struggle of Tamil Eelam through Kasi Anandan, why would Prabhakaran murder Rajiv Gandhi ?

33) Prabhakaran knows it is from India and Tamil Nadu that he can get support and sympathy. Did Prabhakaran done such a foollish activity by killing Rajiv, to loose all the support of Indians  and also get the organization banned ?

34)  Latha Kannan stopped Rajiv and read a poetry for him. That enabled Dhanu, a suside bomber standing next to her, to burst the bomb.  Why is her name is not included in the criminals list ? Dhanu used only Latha kannan to get inside. When HariBabu who got killed in the blast got included in the criminal's list why not Latha Kannan ? Why is special investigation branch showing softness towards congress members ?

35) Before getting to SriPambuthur, Rajiv spoke at two roadside gatherings. Vazhapaadi Ramamurthy, the TamilNadu congress leader was with him in those two places. But at Sri Perambuthur meeting he was standing very far from Rajiv. Why so ?

36) Many innocent people and security personnels died along with Rajiv Gandhi. But nothing happened to any of the congress party members not even minor injury. How ? 

37) It was believed that Latha Kumar who brought Sivarasan, Dhanu and Subha to SriPerambuthur. She took them specifically to ladies section and told Latha Kannan to take care of them. But Latha Kumar's name is not in the criminal's list. Why ?

38) How can we say Prabhakaran is involved just based on an old photograph of Sivarasan with Prabhakaran ?

39) Why is it not possible that Sivarasan, Dhanu and Subha are expelled from LTTE and they have been hired by western, European, Middle East or India as professional assasinators.

40) Ranganathan confessed that it was based on request by Margret Alva that he gave his house at Bangalore for rent to Sivarasan. Did they enquired how far this is true ?

41) Is there any investigation done on involvement of Chandra Swami, Subramanyam Swamy , Chandrasekar and arms business person Kasoki in this murder ?

42)  What kind of benifit LTTE get by murdering Rajiv Gandhi ? Did super powers like US helped them by arms through CIA ?

43)  Why do we need CBI & Special Investigation branch which find few people they prefer to get the reports ?

Unless all these confusions are clarified, the real culprit will be hiding behind some powerful forces.

Honour for Vyasarpadi football team

CHENNAI: The football team maintained by the Vyasarpadi-based Slum Children Sports Talent Education Development Society (SCSTEDS) has earned a deserving promotion. It will now participate in the Chennai Football Association’s First Division league, thanks to an unbeaten record in its Second Division matches. “Team players as well as the slum dwellers in Kalyanapuram, Vyasarpadi, are happy at having been promoted to the First Division,”N Thangaraj, who coaches these children at a Chennai Corporation’s ground, said while speaking to City Express.

“Our aim  to nurture good habits among the slum children through sports, especially football, for the past few years has paid off and the promotion will only ensure more commitment from us for the cause,” said N Umapathy, founder of SCSTEDS and another dedicated coach of these children.

SCSTEDS is an organisation working for the upliftment  of slum children at Vyasarpadi and its football team (STEDS) was given CFA affiliation three years ago. STEDS was granted entry in the Fourth Division in 2008 and it moved up to the third with a stellar performance in the 2008-09 season. Since then, the slum children’s football team has never looked back and moved up the ladder every year with excellent performances.

Being promoted to the First Division is a rare honour for the slum children who train in pitiable conditions with little available facilities in North Chennai. STEDS reached the First Division from their zone with a series of impressive shows. In the eight matches they played in the Second Division, they did not concede a single goal and won all the matches with impressive margins.

“It was their zeal that has improved their game and eventually got them the much-needed recognition and promotion,” said Umapathy. It may be noted that the STEDS got an opportunity to visit Sweden (representing India) in July 2010 to participate in the World Youth Cup and the slum boys impressed the Europeans with their skills with the ball.
